Add a touch of sophistication to your creations with this bouclé tartan tweed fabric, a rare and elegant textile sourced from the deadstock of a prestigious French luxury fashion house (restocking and returns will not be possible).
Made in Italy, this fabric combines the softness of cotton (48%), the warmth of virgin wool (40%), and the durability of polyamide (12%), for a supple drape while maintaining good structure.

Its bouclé texture, subtle tartan pattern, and Blueberry shade (a deep, slightly heathered blue) give it a style that is both classic and contemporary. Perfect for structured garments and exceptional pieces: jackets, light coats, straight or A-line skirts, pleated trousers, or accessories such as bags, collars, or stoles.

• Pattern matching: pattern repeat = 10 cm. Add 20 cm of fabric for matching.

Recommended haberdashery: Maison Fauve lining, soft interfacing like G700, Talisman or Egide buttons, White, Flamenco Red, or Ink sewing thread, universal needles

It is recommended to serge your pieces before sewing.

Washing

• Serge the edges of your fabric piece before machine washing.
• Wash on a delicate cycle with a gentle spin, using a detergent suitable for delicate textiles
• Place the fabric/sewn garment in a laundry bag when washing
• Do not tumble dry
• Lay flat to dry immediately after the wash cycle ends
• For delicate textiles, always test on a sample to validate washing in your machine.
